Minutes for March 13, 2024 Monthly Meeting

 

• Peggy Rabb opened the meeting and welcomed everyone with candies on every table

• Bruce Harris presented the results from St. Patrick’s Day Ribbon Scramble:

Closest to the Pin: Peg Rabb, Hole 14, 19’5”, $2.00

Karen Copp & Isabelle Dean, Hole 11 were tied at 8’1”, for $1.00 ea.

Ribbon Scramble Foursome Winners:

• President, Bonnie MacGregor updates:

  • Reminder, no mulligans during game play

  • Events in March include

    • 1st Best Ball of 2, Pick Your Partner

    • MGA/LGA Couples, Scramble tournament

  • Bonnie and Valerie will work together on the Summer schedule, which goes from June 5th – Sept. 25th

  • 18 hole ladies have invited the 9-holers to participate in their Christmas Scramble, which is great fun.

  • Carol Ross will continue to put the Kiss Tournament invitations into a binder, which will be in the Pro Shop

  • Sunshine Report reported by Lylette

  • Joyce – Budget update. The season will finish up at about $600. The goal is to keep a minimum of $500 in the account

• Motion to approve minutes from prior meeting by Denise Johnson and seconded by Becky Gignac

• Bernadette Van Belois’ Sunshine Report presented by Lylette, cards were sent to Kathleen Colletti and Mike Loppnow
